Andrew has been associated with Eltham for over forty years, supporting the Eltham Historical Society and promoting the Artistic Heritage of the region through his books, lectures and his Heidelberg School Artist Trail signs.
Andrew is a highly respected judge with years of experience and is considered the authority on Walter Withers and his Art, having written two books on this Artist as well as the entry in the Australian Dictionary of Biography.
A generous supporter of the Arts, Andrew is a Life Member and Patron of the Pastel Society of Victoria, Australia; a Life Member of the Watercolour Society of Victoria; and an Honorary FVAS and also the VAS Historian.
